Council is the governing body of the College, which determines policy, approves the College budget, and guides the strategic direction and development of the College. The Master, who is responsible for the management of the College, is directed by the Council. The Council, which is comprised of 13 members, is chaired by Mr Andrew Michelmore.

On a day to day basis the College is managed by an Executive comprising:

• Dean of Studies Jenny Holmes
• Chief Financial & Operating Officer Sue Lines
• Director of College Advancement Ann Badger

This team is responsible for the organisation and smooth running of all aspects of College life to ensure that Ormond provides an outstanding residential collegiate education and experience for its students.
