We are at the beginning of a vital new era - under the leadership of our Master Dr Rufus Black (2009 - ), the Council, OCA, JCR, SCR and staff have worked together to develop an exciting and challenging five year strategic direction for the College.

Our central task at Ormond is to enhance our residential learning experience so that we create a generation of leaders well equipped to tackle the 21st century’s great challenges. Ormond has always created leaders who have made a difference in the world - we now seek to do that purposefully.

To achieve this, Ormond plans to become a larger College united by common values and shared Ormond experiences. We will be One College, Five Communities made up of:
