At Ormond College, there’ll be no shortage of activities to keep you busy. Whether sport, drama, music, debating, philosophy or volunteering, there are countless opportunities for you to make new friends, challenge your thinking, and have plenty of fun along the way!

And you certainly don’t have to be an expert to give something a go. We love to see students get involved in something completely new and take opportunities to build important life skills in leadership and teamwork. Learning

We believe that students who engage in a broad range of intellectual activities not only do better at uni but are better equipped for their lives and careers beyond study. At Ormond you’ll have access to tutorials and one-on-one consults with tutors and academics to support you through your university subjects.

Ormond also offers a range of opportunities to help you expand your horizons beyond your university degree. We host weekly forums on topics including science, philosophy and economics, a number of academic intensives with leading thinkers, and special events throughout the year with guest speakers to help you deepen your knowledge and expand your thinking.

The Associate Ormond College (AOC) gives students an extra toolkit of enterprise skills to complement their studies, students completed units in Design Thinking, Ethical Reasoning, Community Engagement, Introduction to Coding and Law & Policy Research. Learn more
