Ormond becomes a member of Diversity Council Australia

In recognition of Ormond’s growing commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace, the College recently became a member of Diversity Council Australia (DCA).

DCA is Australia’s only independent, not-for-profit peak body for workplace diversity and inclusion. As a member, our staff will now have access to unique research, exciting events, comprehensive resources and unrivalled expertise across all the diversity dimensions. These include gender, culture and religion, generational and mature age, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, LBGTIQ+, disability and accessibility, flexibility and work-life, as well as mental health.

Research shows that everyone benefits from a diverse and inclusive workplace, and membership of DCA will ensure the College continues to progress its diversity and inclusion agenda.
